Your personal data is processed by Lutrix Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller or Operator) in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
The Data Controller is committed to protecting your personal data and always acts in compliance with the applicable data protection laws, in particular with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The Data Controller processes the personal data you provide for the following purposes:
a) to establish and maintain contact with the User,
b) to process quotation requests and fulfill orders,
c) to carry out invoicing and delivery,
d) to send newsletters, promotions, and marketing communications,

During registration, ordering, or newsletter subscription, the following data may be provided:

phone number,
e-mail address,
billing and delivery address,
tax number (in the case of corporate clients).
In the case of newsletter subscription on the website, only the e-mail address is recorded.
Data provided during quotation requests and orders are processed for the duration of the customer relationship.
Billing data are stored for the period prescribed by law (typically 8 years).
