b) to process quotation requests and fulfill orders,

During registration, ordering, or newsletter subscription, the following data may be provided:

• contact person’s name,

• phone number,

• e-mail address,

• tax number (in the case of corporate clients).

In the case of newsletter subscription on the website, only the e-mail address is recorded.

Data provided during quotation requests and orders are processed for the duration of the customer relationship.
Billing data are stored for the period prescribed by law (typically 8 years).
In the case of newsletter subscription, data are processed until unsubscription. Data are deleted no later than 3 working days after the unsubscription request.

The Data Controller does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:

• Courier services (e.g. GLS, DPD, etc.) – receive the data necessary for delivery (name, address, phone number),

• Accountant / invoicing system – for legally required data processing,

• Mailchimp – for newsletter distribution and campaign management.

The Data Controller has concluded data processing agreements with all processors to ensure the protection of personal data.

The Data Controller takes all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data.
Data are stored in secure, password-protected databases, and unauthorized third parties cannot access them.
